Huawei Watch 3 User Manual - Following the success of the Huawei Watch GT-Series, Huawei has now announced the Huawei Watch 3. This latest smartwatch is the first to run the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system. There are two models available, the Huawei Watch 3 and the Huawei Watch 3 Pro.
Huawei Watch 3 brings a design update. On the right side of the body, you can now find a reliable 3D crown for navigation. With the crown, the navigation of this smartwatch interface will be more intuitive. So, users can still navigate even when wearing gloves.

Its weather-resistant body design also comes with a bezel-less display panel. This makes the 1.43-inch AMOLED screen that it carries looks bigger than the previous generation. This screen panel supports a brightness level of 1000 nits and a pixel density of 326 ppi. Looks sharp and unobtrusive in very bright lighting conditions.
Overall body diameter is about 46.2 mm. Relatively large and ideal for men's hands. Meanwhile, the thickness of the body is only about 12.15mm. Its weight is also quite light, only about 54 grams.
Unfortunately, there is no information on what chipset is used. Huawei only leaked 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory is available for storage space.
For its features, users can find a heart rate monitoring feature, blood oxygen levels SpO2 and sensors to measure body temperature. Features monitoring sleep patterns, stress and exercise modes are also available. This smartwatch provides more than 100 sport modes, including 17 professional sport modes for indoor or outdoor. Users can also find support for 4G features with eSIM and position tracking relying on GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS.
Like the Huawei GT-Series smartwatch, the battery life is also long lasting. The battery can be used up to about 14 in Ultra-Long Lasting mode.
In the Pro version, the design is more luxurious. The design looks classic with the bezel around the screen. The material used is Titanium with a ceramic back panel. The screen has also been reinforced with a layer of sapphire crystal. For dimensions, the Huawei Watch 3 Pro is larger with a diameter of 48 mm. The body is 14mm thick and weighs a little bit heavier at 64 grams.
Another difference is in the GPS. Huawei Watch 3 Pro is the first smartwatch to feature dual-band GPS. So, its location tracking capability will be more accurate and stable. The battery life is also longer lasting up to around 21 than in the same Ultra-Long Lasting mode.
The price of the Huawei Watch 3 starts at US$410 and the price of the Watch 3 Pro starts at US$515. These two smartwatches will be available on the Chinese market first starting June 11, 2021.
