In an already highly competitive smartphone market, chinese giants are just investing our shelves in a very aggressive way. The proof is with Xiaomi, which recently launched the highly anticipated Mi 11 in China. This time, Realme suffered a hard blow this week, by inaugurating its GT 5G. Terminals with premium technical sheets, and at very low prices, which deserve the title of ultimate killer. Eagerly awaited by tech enthusiasts, this smartphone does embed a high-end Snapdragon 888 processor, a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display in FHD+, as well as a refresh rate at 120 Hz. Available in multiple configurations (8 + 128 GB or 12 + 256 GB), the terminal has the luxury of coming with it a 3.5 jack, hardly acquired today in most modern phones. On the other hand, it is not possible to utilize memory extensions through MicroSD, despite having a dual SIM drawer.
Photo aside, the smartphone offers a 64 Mpx main sensor supported by an 8 Mpx wide-angle sensor and a 2 Mpx macro. The front camera, for its part, offers one 16 Mpx selfie camera, and is placed on the right side of the screen. Regarding video, the Snapdragon 888 allows the terminal to support 4K shooting at 60 fps, as well as slow motion up to 480 fps (in 20p). Available in three colors (Galactic Silver, Deep Sea Blue, and Morning Yellow), the Realme GT 5G benefits from a very competitive price: from 360€ for 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage model., and from 420€ for 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage configuration. Its launch is currently only planned in China. Please be patient, the international launch date has not been announced, but it won't be long.
