On December 10, the OPPO Reno5 5G mobile phone series will be presented in China. For the Chinese market, the Snapdragon 765G chipset will be embedded inside oppo Reno 5 5G. On the other hand, Dimensity 1000+ Mediatek will be present inside OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G. A new report reveals that the global version of the Reno5 Pro 5G will not use the Dimensity chipset.
Previous reports have noted that the global edition of the Reno5 5G series will also debut in December , faster than its availability compared to previous generations. Now, the chipset that will bring the Pro edition in the family will enter the global market has been revealed.

So the global edition of reno5 Pro 5G will enter the market powered by Snapdragon 765G chipset. It is the same hardware that already existed in its predecessors, the OPPO Reno4 and Reno4 Pro phone series. Reno5 Pro is also expected to feature superfast superfast charging support for the second generation SuperVOOC 65W.
On the day of the series presentation, mobile devices intended for the high-end segment will also be displayed: OPPO Reno5 Pro + 5G. This model will have a Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 870 chipset (overclocked version of the SD865). In China, the Reno5 5G and Reno5 Pro 5G are expected to arrive with 6.43-inch and 6.55-inch panels. Both displays will use OLED technology and will have Full HD+ resolution, in addition to perforation.
Its quad camera system will consist of a 64-megapixel main camera (Sony IMX686), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. The front camera will be a 32 megapixel sensor,
Both models will be powered by a 4,300 mAh battery with 65W ultra-fast charging support. They will also run Android 11 as a standard operating system. Regarding the price, it is said that the Reno5 5G can cost 3,299 yuan (415 euros or $505) and that the Reno5 Pro 5G can cost 3,899 yuan (491 euros or $597) in China.
